This program is available for families in British Columbia with children of all ages who are looking for support in a healthy living behaviour such as: Healthy eating, physical activity, screen time, or sleep routines. Please note, this program is not facilitated, it is self-directed. Once you submit the form below you will be contacted for a screening call and then given a login if the program is a good fit for your family.
